In addition to its stunning location, the house is just ten minutes' drive from the French side capital, Marigot, where there are plenty of shops, cafés and supermarkets.
Close to the property there is also a grocery store, restaurants, a casino...
In the neighborhood there is also the Maho district within 10 minutes, offering many bars and restaurants, and casinos aswell.
The next nearest beach is also one of the most beautiful one on the Island: called Plumb Bay. It is located 5 minutes drive from the villa; you can generally find yourself alone there because those who live near it are residents of the Lower Islands.

Gorgeous villa! The most amazing views and location right on the beach. Swam every day in pool after swimming in the ocean. Private and quiet grounds would HIGHLY recommend staying at this villa! Will definitely be returning.

Location of La Mission is absolutely magnificent! Walk down five steps from the patio and you're right on the beach. We found the sound of the waves coming ashore to be very relaxing. This villa is a bit older and we noticed a few minor items in need of repair and decorating could use some updating. Appliances are all in good working order. If someone is looking for a newer and modern villa, this one probably is not the one for you.
