In addition to its beautiful setting, the property is located only 10 minutes from the capital Marigot, where you will find restaurants, shopping and local markets.



Even closer, in Porto Cupecoy, 6 minutes separate you from a grocery store, a square with many choices of restaurants, concerts, open-air cinema... 


Near the property there is also the Maho district within 10 minutes, it offers many bars and restaurants, casinos.


The closest beach is also the most beautiful on the island: plumb bay. It is located 5 minutes walk from the villa, you will generally be alone there because those who have access to it are residents of the Terres Basses.

Welcome to Villa Hamptons

Each of its 4 bedrooms has a king-size bed. Two of them give you direct access to the terrace and the garden, the two other rooms located upstairs offer a superb view of the Caribbean Sea. All rooms also have air conditioning, and satellite TV.


The Hamptons Villa is arranged around a bar and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. The large sliding doors will take you directly to the terrace with its overflowing swimming pool, relax on one of the lounge chairs to enjoy the sun.


A spacious living room equipped with a television will allow you to be comfortably installed.


As for the terrace, it is equipped with a large convivial table from where you can admire a magnificent sunset every evening.


Each villa is independent, they have separate entrance doors and their own swimming pool. This ensures optimum privacy.

The photos do not do this place justice. IT IS STUNNING!!! We had a group of 13 so every bed was filled (The room with the single twin bed is a bit odd, but it works!). We spent countless hours at the main villa's pool soaking in the beautiful view. We really enjoyed the location and being in the private community, but if you're looking for less driving/taxis, You may want to stay elsewhere. Most of the places we went were about a 20-30 minute drive which our group didn't mind. Leo the house manager was AMAZING all around.

The pictures don’t capture how beautiful this house is. Leo reached out weeks before the trip to check in and make sure we were all set. He greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour and made sure we were settled in before he left. Excellent hospitality ! As far as the house itself, they really thought I’d everything, games, pool float, air pumps, ping pong table, even adapters for our US plugs. The tv service was a little shotty we mostly used Netflix when the tv was on but to be honest I was mostly in the pool! Both pools were so nice, such a nice place to hang out day and night.

We had the most amazing stay at the Hamptons Villa and Cottage. The location and views were incredible. Both houses were very clean and spacious. The pool and outdoor area is very large and they provide tons of things to entertain you. The communication with Leo is top knotch! He was always available for any questions and he went above and beyond for his guests. Do not hesitate to book this property. You will absolutely love it!
